Fondues of the Month for May 2012
Appetizer: Zesty Cheddar Jack (equal parts Pepper Jack and Cheddar in a white wine base with garlic, onion, cayenne pepper and topped with fresh chopped cilantro)
Dessert: Mexican Hot Chocolate
(Dark chocolate with cayenne, cinnamon, vanilla and coffee grounds)

Wild Thing Special
Roo on the Rok is finally here…Kangaroo that is! We also have Croc on the Rok. It’s actually alligator but croc sounds better! We have a new fish called Cobia, also known as black salmon, which is a mild but very tasty fish. And lastly our Wild Boar is back! Try these delicious & healthy meats seared on the Rok!
